Dylan Sorensen is a performance coach and endurance athlete with deep roots in Olympic sport. A former USA Triathlon National Team member, Dylan has coached multiple Olympians, American record holders, a World record holder, and hundreds of amateur athletes across disciplines. He previously led Cross Country / Track & Field at the University of North Carolina and Stanford University, and now serves as Vice Chair of USA Triathlon’s Board of Directors and the Team USA representative to the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee.Dylan is known for integrating high-performance strategy with the inherent time constraints of everyday life—helping athletes of all levels build consistency, resilience, and confidence both in and out of sport.As an athlete, Dylan was a two-time High School All-American in both Cross Country and (5k) and Track (Mile), a two-time NCAA Division I All-American and Big EAST Champion (3000m Steeplechase), Professional Triathlete, and even has held a Guinness World Record — twice, in the Mile run while dribbling a basketball (4:33).
